Investigations, aspect enquiries and disputes with HMRC can be distressing, disruptive and expensive. The costs to defend these incidents, even though you may be wholly innocent, can be substantial. At Gascoynes we are extremely concerned about the situation and therefore have set up a service that could protect you from costly inspections without losing out on high level defence you deserve.

We are now offering our clients the ‘Premier Protection’ policy which provides a far more comprehensive cover than policies we have previously been able to offer. The cost of this policy is:

This recommendation is based on a fair analysis of the market and in our opinion offers excellent value for money, along with a high standard of customer care in claims handling and meets the demands and needs of taxpayers who submit their returns through an accountant.

Also included in the service is access to a business support helpline, which is manned by experience qualified specialists in the fields of employment, health and safety and commercial legal issues. In this increasingly litigious world, the helpline alone could save your business considerable time, expenses and disruption.

We are sure that you would prefer to pay a nominal fee per year and have peace of mind, knowing that, should you have an investigation or dispute with HMRC or need the advice of qualified experts on the helpline, there is no extra cost to worry about.

Our policies are renewed annually with starting in 1 November each year. However joining the scheme can be done at anytime during the year and costs will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

This year we are also offering the option to pay for your cover by instalments.
